Received damaged item from amazon so returned and purchased from a local outlet around 10 days ago.After making multiple followup for 5 days Kent authorized person came for the installation. He had no clue on how to install this product and seen for the first time. He could not complete the installation and went back. Second day another technician came and did not complete the installation as he do not have the tools to drill the hole on the granite. Its been 10 days still the installation is not complete.

Got it directly from kent..so installation was smooth...overall nice product .I was apprehensive about getting under sink RO...based on genuine limited options in market and mixed reviews as well.However in my case I had no other choice because we recently renovated kitchen and best place which was available for water purifier was below sink.First of all you have to make sure you have proper planning for installation, in terms of space and water outlet . Secondly water pressure from supply need to be controlled if ur in high rise so that memebrane doesnt burst{most common problem which causes leakge}.It adds a total modular look to your kitchen, little bit costly but when people see it , they appreciate as its not very common..so it covers that .Took AMC and luckily kent has strong ntwork in my area so no service related issues .Go for it to experience it .

Best under counter RO filter for kitchen . if you don't want to disturb the kitchen interiors this is the best option, only the faucet comes out on the kitchen counter (need to have a hole for the faucet pipe ) . if you are planning for a new kitchen be sure you have space down the counter where the water inlet and outlet ,and power connections are available. be sure to keep a Kent Pre auto sediment filter as add on to this for long life.

The Installation guy was almost cluless, he came without any tools, and did not even complete the installation. He said some valve is missing and did not complete the installation. He said i need to purchase the valve, whreas there is no mention of anything like this on the manual or instruction. Seller should send me the installation guy again to complete the installation or else i will return the filter back !
